2:19pm reached a live person

explained to him about the move and that I may be signing in with the old info.
Tried to get me to power off my computer and modem.
Explained to him again that all I most likely need is a user name and password
2:21 verified my address and he is reviewing the notes.
Gave me a new user name and password

restarted the computer and it worked
