Verizon screws up AGAIN! part 2

Got my latest months phone bill in the mail.
It was incorrect yet again.
What plan I was told I would be changed to happened but there was no credit for that month.
Decided this time I would just cancel EVERYTHING.
Called in to cancel ALL service

3:43pm called 800-660-2215

3:44pm After going through the automated system and transfered to the cancellation department I got a...
DO TO HEAVY CALL VOLUME NO operators are available to take your call now.
So..
that seems to me that A LOT of people call in to cancel service.

3:45pm called 800-660-2215 AGAIN!

3:49pm Reached a Rosie McAndrews.
Explained the situation to her.
She said that it would be an issue with the DSL side and that I would need to speak with someone there to get this take care of since it's a "DSL" issue and not a landline issue.
I told her that I was tired of being transfered to person after person getting the run around and I called the 800 number on my bill that was next to "billing questions" because this was a billing issue.

3:57pm She put me on hold so "SHE" can contact the dsl side and get this straightened out.

4:01pm Rosie McAndrews comes back on the line with Alicia O'Sullivan in the DSL "retention department"
Explained the situation to her as well.

4:09pm Alicia O'Sullivan puts me and Rosie on hold while she makes the changes

4:10pm Rosie McAndrews places a credit of $17.60 on my account so it will take effect immediately because the DSL side can't make the adjustment appear right away.
Rosie says take my bill and cross out the amount
$91.12 and put the new amount in for $73.52
an adjustment of $17.60 says "her department" doesn't have confirmation numbers though.

4:14pm Alicia O'Sullivan comes back on and says that the order my account has been changed of to the 19.99 a month plan for the 1st 6 months and then 29.99 a month for the remainig 6 months of the "contract". I tell her thanks but hopefully I will have FIOS still.
She agrees and states that there will be no cancellation fee when I switch over to FIOS (whenever that may be).
Confirmation number of the plan change

4:16pm end call
